Ranked #2 Most Visited Shopping Mall in the U.S. by Travel + Leisure, South Florida's largest super regional mall, and ranked one of the top five highest grossing malls in the country in sales per square foot, Aventura Mall is a 2.7 million square-foot multi-level indoor shopping center.

Anchored by Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom and Macy’s, Aventura Mall boasts 300 specialty stores, ranging from internationally-renowned names such as Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Emilio Pucci, REDValentino, TAG Heuer, Breitling, Burberry and Michael Kors, to many of the most popular retailers, including Apple, Calvin Klein, Forever XXI and H&M. Aventura Mall is also home to 10 full-service restaurants, a 24-screen movie theater, and Turnberry for the Arts, an exclusive, contemporary art collection with 10 installations positioned throughout the mall.
The mall is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Sunday, Noon to 8 p.m. Aventura Mall is owned and managed by Turnberry Associates.
Aventura Commons
Biscayne Boulevard at N.E. 210th Street

Aventura's power center includes a 117,000-square-foot Target, Best Buy, PETsMART, Whole Foods and The Original Pancake House. Aventura Commons is a 267,000-square-foot center located just south of Gulfstream Park, and is developed and managed by the Berkowitz Development Group.
The Promenade Shops
Biscayne Boulevard at N.E. 203rd Street

The Promenade Shops is an open-air center that meets the needs of the community by providing a casual shopping environment that the entire family can enjoy. Anchor tenants are Marshalls/Home Goods and Michaels Arts & Crafts. Specialty shops include women's boutiques, men's fashions, health and beauty salons, and fitness center, plus many additional retailers and services that ensure a "one-stop" shopping experience.
Champion Retail Plaza
191st Street and Biscayne Boulevard

This center, developed by Turnberry Associates, features a five-story, 166-room Courtyard by Marriott and such national anchors as Old Navy; Bed, Bath & Beyond, and Designer Shoe Warehouse as well as Starbucks Cafe and For Eyes Optical.
Aventura is conveniently located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, just east of I-95. The northern boundary of the City is the Miami-Dade/Broward County line, the western is the FEC Railroad, the eastern in the intracoastal waterway and the southern boundary is NE 176th Street. To visit our city, take I-95 to Ives Dairy Road and head East on Ives Dairy to Biscayne Boulevard.

Aventura Shopping Center, with a total of 102,876 square feet of leasable space, was built in 1973. The center is anchored by Publix and CVS Drug Store and is also home to several medical, retail and banking institutions.

Located on the north side of Loehmann's Fashion Island is Concorde Plaza, home to one of America's most revered gourmet dining establishments, Chef Allen's. A variety of professional offices, including a wide range of dentists and health and fitness-related medical offices, abound inside the Plaza.

The Shoppes at the Waterways
